The Who

The Gathering Rockwall is a nondenominational community of believers wholly devoted to Jesus. Our mission is to seek His Kingdom and His Righteousness above all else, living lives fully surrendered to Him.

We are devoted to the Apostles' teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. Led by the Holy Spirit and rooted in obedience to God's Word, we position ourselves to be a humble people marked by sacrificial generosity unto God and toward one another.  Through this, we seek to build a Christ-centered community, united in faith with Jesus as our firm foundation.

The What

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God, and the ultimate source of truth. It shapes our lives, reveals God’s character, defines our identity in Him, and guides us in how we are called to live.

The Why

We believe Jesus is greater than anything this world can offer. In Him, we find true and abundant life. He is the foundation of our faith, the hope of our salvation, and the perfect model for how we are to live as His disciples.

The Way

We believe the church is not a building or a weekly service, but a family of believers.  As we seek Him together, we are continually transformed to reflect the love, truth, and grace of Jesus.  This family walks through life together, pursuing a deeper relationship with God and one another. In doing so, we Build Community Here as it is in Heaven.
